Casa de la Sirena (House of the Mermaid) is a small, exclusive luxury compound located beachfront in Troncones, Mexico. Our “slice of heaven” is on the Pacific Coast just north if the twin towns of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa (airport code ZIH). Our dream began in 1999 and we have created, along with local workers that built our compound, the perfect hide-a-way for couples, families, friends and retrea
ts (yoga, etc). Relax and unwind in traditional decor, each piece lovingly chosen from a mirage of Mexican
art, fabrics and local hardwoods. The gardens are mature and lush, most of the palm trees were planted as coconuts many years ago. The bougainvillea waves it’s vibrant colors in our fabulous trade winds and the surf sings it’s never ending song. The blank canvas of your vacation is here for you to paint any way you choose. A local woman will come in and cook for you. A restaurant fan? We are within easy walking distance of all the village restaurants. No need to even rent a car should you prefer not to……everything is easy here. Your accommodation choices include:
- 3 Bedroom beachfront private villa, with private pool.
- Three 1 bedroom “mini villas," beachfront with pool.
- Two 2 story bungalows, ocean/mountain/garden views with pool. Rent individually for a special get-a-way or the whole compound for a family re-union, wedding or yoga retreat.
