This place is sooo delicious, the kids asked for noodles and were so amazing that they didn't allowed me to take a Pic before they finished them.

Today we tried some late lunch at , this place is on the Chapala Malecon, an old building and perfect ambiance.
1. Panela Asada: served with red and green sauce, topped with avocado sliced and with bread or totopos to eat
2. Roman Salad: letuche, kale, radish and yellow corn, all of them with a delicious dressing
3 and 4. Parmesan Chiken: battered chicken topped with cheese, under it have pasta and on the side brocoli
No space in the belly for dessert, but for sure we want to try the breakfast menu soon!!!

As a sea food lover, was perfect for the end of my trip at Tijuana!!

Today we tried the at Ensenada, a little food truck but the service and food was excellent!
I tried shrimp and fish tacos, both were the best I have ever tried.
And now for the COVID-19 pandemic, the food truck is covered with plastic and they prepare them for you and charge on a little window, a great idea to keed them and the clients save.
The most iconic dish on Puerto Nuevo is Lobster + Beans + Red Rice.
We tried them at Angel del Mar, they brought to the table the different sides of lobster, jumbo, big and medium.
I ate it with a flour tortilla with some beans, rice and topped with lobster and some butter, then rolled the tortilla and a delicious taco or burrito!
This place in Tijuana have a huge hot dog need MAMUT, is only half meter long 50 cms!!
Is a big swiss sausage layered with Swiss cheese on a bun, topped with fried onions + tomatoes + brown mustard + Chiles caribe (small banana peppers): opulent.
On the side we ordered a Swiss Raclette, I put some of that on top of my hot dog to make it more cheese and perfect!!!
For me, this place will be a must to go in this town.
Today at The Park we decide to choose Juan Cafe for beverages and for food, both great options!!
1. Chilaquiles verdes: with sun side egg and that different way to serve the cheese was amazing.
2. Salmon Toast: I needed to remove the Chile on those, it was fresh and great for a breakfast.
We are visiting some friends in Tijuana. And they love food as much as us.
Yesterday we went to La media corriente in Rosarito, an open air place with cool ambiance and good food.
1. Fish Birria Tacos: they have the consome to dip the tacos on it for a full birria experience.
2. Clam + bone marrow: in the clam they put some beans and pour the bone marrow on top of it, you take some of it an create a taco and then some pico de gallo.
3. Clam Chowder: of cousez it comes in a bread bowl, really creamy an delicious.
4. Fried Rice with Sausages: the sweetness surprised us but was a good option.
5. Clamato "Ponte Guapo" : inside was with octopus an some shrimp, really good with all the plates as a drink.
6. Camarones a la diabla: they come in a bread bowl, not hot but is spicy.

I was running on time and wanted to try more things, for sure I will be back and eat main dishes.
Now for the Dim Sum you can choose what to order and how many, I love the idea!
1. Vietnamese Shrimp Rolls with peanut sauce : definitely my favorite, every time there I need to order them
2. Pork and Shrimp Dumplings (Sui Mai) : they were streaming and perfect cooked
3. Pork Bun (Chat Sui Bao) : sweet inside, good flavorsand great texture, I asked to go because I was running on time and I really wanted to tasted them
This place is great and I recommend to take your time to enjoy everything, I will definitely take more than 30 min to eat next time there!
Sundays are perfect for a nice breakfast!
And at they know how to create a delicious one.
We ate a Croque Madame and a Salmon toast, both with a lot of unique flavors and delicious 😋
They have also 2x1 mimosas on the weekends, perfect to finish or beginning the week!
Tonight we tried the new place .bistro at the carretera.
A combination of Mexican flavors well served in every dish that we asked.
1 The bill comes on a little "Mexican Cinderella's Shoe"
2 Ajillo Shrimps, all the body were peeled, the salad in top with "quelites" a green Mexican herb new to me but with a lot of flavor and in the buttom of the dish some potatoes.
3 Catch of the day zarandeado, the "adobo" or sauce, on a banana leaf and by side withe rice and more salad!
4 They original stile "carne en su jugo", a Brisket with a green sauce made with the meat juice and tomatillo, black beans by side and potato.
5 Chile Ancho Creme Brule (not a great picture but an amazing dessert), on top it have berries and cotija cheese, combining all the elements is a perfect blend 😋
Definitely we are in to coming back to this place and try more things in their Menu.

Definitely always BRUNA is my favorite for a nice time at Guadalajara.
From the beginning to the end every bite is a unique experience!
The drink menu also is something that you will enjoy, a great variety of drinks and also nice original mixology.
1. MOLE TASTING: 8 styles of Mole, some of them new for me, each one is from different states of the country.
2. APPETIZER: Tuna Tartar & Beef Carpaccio.
3. TUNA TARTAR: Fresh Tuna in squares, on a guacamole bed with dust of cacahuate.
4. BEEF CARPACCIO: Filet Mignon Carpaccio with mustard balsamic
5. ENTRÉE: Pastor Totoaba & Duck Maget.
6. DUCK MAGRET: Duck Magret and by side Berrys salsa in a Huazontle ring.
7.PASTOR TOTOABA: Totoaba with achiote salsa, in a avocado pure and pineapple sauce.
8. DESSERTS: Truffle ice cream & "Mexican Gold"
9. MEXICAN GOLD: a dessert with combination of Mexican ingredients, agave + blue corn biscuit + cactus leaf & nopal jelly + caco + habanero +vainilla ice cream
10. TRUFFLE ICE CREAM: black truffle ice cream on a beet sugar nest with berrys ad nuts 🤪 my favorite!!!
My mom's favorite place for breakfast ironically is Moms Deli
On Sundays they have as special Fruits Waffle.
And every day the have the Benedicts, always a great choice!
Lunch at is something that everyone can enjoy, they have a lot of sea food and also good meat tacos, burritos and pizzas.
Wasn't time to picture the Arrachera Quesadilla.
1. PAPAS LAS PALMAS fried potatoes with bacon and cheese, in the center is a crem cheese dip
2. SHRIMP PIZZA we asked with extra cheese, one of our favorites
3. TOSTADAS AGUACHILE VERDE & SHRIMP CEVICHE both were very fresh and delicious
Personally I recommend the CRAB BARBACOA Taco, my favorite in this place!
For sea food lovers, BAJA NORTE is a great place to go.
The tacos are different style and delicious, you can taste all the ingredients fresh.
1. Tacos 🌮: Chicharrón Tuna, camarón Enchilado and Octopus Taco
2. Tacos 🌮 : Cámaron Enchilado and Gobernador
3. Oysters grilled with cheese
4. Tostada Aguachile Tatemado
Always a great option for consistent good food is Blue Rose Bistro

This time we tried the devil eggs 🥚 (every time we order it), tempura shrimps 🍤, beet salad 🥗 (delicious), Rib Eye 🥩 and salmon 🤤

Yesterday we tried an Indian restaurant in Chapala
We tried different dishes:
-Butter Chicken
-Hydrabadi chicken
-Dal
-Mattar paneer/ Palak paneer
Rice and Naan was included.
Every dish was great, the service excellent.
They have different dishes every day, for sure we will back yo try all their creations.
The first meal of the year! Yesterday we were at to enjoy their Menu.
