Nice people from Mission Viejo in Southern California visited Zihuatanejo for the first time so I took them on a private city tour. They said they wanted an authentic Mexican meal so I took them to Bandidos restaurant and they said the food was excellent and the city was wonderful!

Villa de Guayangareo was Morelia name when the Spanish conquered in 1548.
They cannot say Guayangareo, then changed the name to Valladolid (because in Spain they already have a city with that name)
Then in 1848 after the freedom the Mexican government changed the name to Morelia.
