⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - "I can't tell this story without getting choked up. I was telling my buddy and his son my big fish story, doing impressions of my dad instructing me on how to reel in a fish. That day, 32 years ago, I caught a 40 lb king salmon when I was 11. "IT WAS THIS BIG!" At that moment, the deep line hit—Fish on! I could hear my father's voice again: "KEEP THE TIP UP, SON! YOU GOT HIM!" This fish fought hard, and I had to wrap my legs around the pole to keep from getting yanked off the boat. After 20 minutes, I brought in the biggest roosterfish seen in years—51 inches and about 100 lbs. Then my buddy’s son caught a 92” sailfish! It was an epic father/son memory, just like me and my dad.
