Three floors, seven air conditioned bedrooms, (6 rooms with king sized bed & one with 2 double beds). The first floor has 2 rooms (one with a king sized bed and one with two doubles) a shared bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen, dining table and big living room space with couches. The second floor has 2 rooms with king sized beds, a shared bathroom, a fully equiped exterior private entrance and access to the second floor exterior kitchen. We have one backyard bedroom on the ground floor with king sized bed, private bathroom and private entrance with access to the second floor exterior kitchen and a full size fridge outside the bedroom. The whole house can sleep 14 to 16 people. The house gives access to front and back balconies on second floor, with whirlpool (not heated), kitchen table and a rest area with hammocks and deck chairs. The ground floor yard is equiped with a pool, BBQ, rest area with coffee table and couches (ideal for breakfast and happy hour), dining table for outside dinner, deck chairs and hammocks. We offer optional fresh lobster dinners prepared at the house (at exra cost, reservation and a minimum of guests is required). Free wifi, cable t.v., towels & linens are provided. Transportation from and to the airport or ferry is also included.
We also have a one bedroom ocean view condo with king sized bed, private bathroom, living room and fully equiped kitchen with access to the pool and to the ocean. One of the best snorkling spot of the island. The rate for this condo is 150 $ us per night.

Dive shop on site with experienced instructors and guides. Boat and shore dives, day and night, discovery excursions for new divers as well as certifications training available. Possibility of renting equipment at a low cost. Access to Cozumel Golf Country Club, yoga session everyday nearby. Possibility of ''at home'' massage. Acces to the sea is about 1km away from the house. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, shopping & good local and international restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood. English, french and spanish speaking staff with great knowledge of the Island. Possibility of ''à la carte'' package including housing, diving, yoga, golf & wellness. Bicycle on site to use at your convenience as well as car & motorbike for rent.

The rate is 69$ USD per night for a regular bedroom and $85 USD per night for a bedroom with private bathroom.
