as Beach and Banderas Bay, this villa is the perfect setting for groups - business retreats, workshops, family reunions, small weddings and all types of celebrations. The beautiful 2 master suites encompass an entire floor with their own separate outdoor whirlpool bath and private 100 foot terrace. The villa has a total of 14 bedrooms. 9 of the rooms have king beds, 2 have twins, 1 has a full bed, 1 has a queen bed and the last has bunkbeds. La Villita comes with a full staff including cook, houseman and housekeeping. The cook will prepare 2 meals a day (food, beverages and gratuities are extra). Casa La Villita has been furnished and renovated with classic Mexican flavor, without forgetting the conveniences of a modern home. A 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to town!

Located just a few minutes South of town, overlooking the beautiful Conchas Chinas Beach and Banderas Bay, this villa is the perfect setting for groups - business retreats, workshops, family reunions, small weddings and all types of celebrations. You get to experience true Mexican hospitality, which is warm and friendly and enjoy quality time with your group an an exclusive and private setting. The beautiful 2 master suites encompass an entire floor with their own separate outdoor whirlpool bath and private 100 foot terrace. The villa has a total of 14 bedrooms. 9 of the rooms have king beds, 2 have twins, 2 have full beds and 1 has a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
