🐋 World Animal Day is celebrated on October 4, a date promoted by the World Organization for Animal Welfare, with the aim of halting the extinction of many species.
🇲🇽Mexico's biological diversity is one of the most important in the world. The complex physiography of the territory, its variety of climates and its geological history have created a range of conditions that made possible the coexistence of many species within the territory, which is why it is considered along with Brazil, Peru, Indonesia and China, among others, as a ""megadiverse"" country.
⭐The intention of celebrating World Animal Day is to remind us that, although we are the most evolved species, this does not take away the rights and protection of the rest of the animals on the planet. The best way to celebrate this day is by respecting all living beings that coexist with us on the planet.

🍲We usually accompany pozole with tostadas (fried corn tortillas), radish, lettuce, onion and a delicious agua fresca.

Why do we celebrate the #danceinternationalday? In 1982 the UNESCO declared this day in honor of the choreographer George Noverre. Mexico has a wide dance tradition, from concheros or prehispanic dance styles to the zapateado in its various styles as polka, huapango, son, and calabaceado. Let's celebrate this day dancing!
