La Rosca de Reyes es una tradición que se festeja el 6 de enero, fecha que conmemora la llegada de los tres sabios de Oriente (Melchor, Gaspar y Baltasar) para adorar al Niño Jesús y ofrecerle regalos simbólicos: oro, incienso y mirra.
Significado. - En su forma circular, representa la corona de los Reyes Magos, mientras que las frutas cristalizadas simbolizan las joyas que adornaban sus ropas. Pero la verdadera sorpresa está dentro de la rosca, la figura del Niño Jesús, quien la encuentra, de acuerdo a la tradición, compartirá tamales el día 2 de febrero. Día de la Candelaria
Así que, al partir la Rosca de Reyes, no solo disfrutamos de su delicioso sabor, sino que también revivimos la tradición de compartir, la llegada de la luz y la unidad familiar. ¡Feliz Día de Reyes! 👑🎉

The Rosca de Reyes is a tradition celebrated on January 6, commemorating the arrival of the three wise men from the East (Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar) to worship Baby Jesus and offer him symbolic gifts: gold, frankincense and myrrh.
Significance. - In its circular shape, it represents the crown of the Magi, while the crystallized fruits symbolize the jewels that adorned their clothes. But the real surprise is inside the donut, the figure of Baby Jesus, who finds it, according to tradition, will share tamales on February 2. Candelaria´s Day, reminding us of the importance of sharing and celebrating the arrival of the divine light.
So, as we break the Rosca de Reyes, we not only enjoy its delicious taste, but we also relive the tradition of sharing, the arrival of light and family unity. Happy Three Kings Day! 👑🎉
