La Catrina, with her elegant attire and skull-like face, is an essential figure in the Day of the Dead. She represents the duality of life and death, reminding us that death is a natural part of the life cycle. 🌼💀🌼

Cempasuchil🏵
The 20-petal flower🏵🕯🏵
A beautiful legend turned into a flower.
Xochitl and Huitzilin loved each other since they were children, together they grew and with age so did their love. Every afternoon they climbed to the top of the mountain to bring and offer flowers to Tonatiuh.
The father sun seemed to smile at the gift of the lovers who swore to love each other beyond time, beyond distance, and beyond death.
One day the war came and the lovers separated, soon the news arrived that Huitzilin had died in the war, when Xochitl found out she felt her heart beating with a lot of pain, she climbed the mountain, desperate she claimed Tonatiuh and asked him what had happened? She could not live without him!
The father sun touched and extended one of his rays to touch and caress the young woman, at that moment she transformed until she became a flower of colors as intense as the rays of the sun.
Then Huitzilin came in the form of a hummingbird, settled lovingly in the center of the flower and eternally united with it, instantly, the flower opened in dense petals giving off a very intense and at the same time mysterious aroma ...
This is how they say the Cempasúchil flower was born, the flower of the dead.

For Mexican families and new visitors to the country alike, Mexican Revolution Day or Día de la Revolución in November is a unique holiday full of remembrance, honor, and history. Each year, we honor the anniversary of Mexico’s revolution on November 20th with reflections, family time, and community events like festivals and a big parade.
Compared to Mexico’s Independence Day, Día de la Revolución is a calmer celebration that focuses on history, traditions and family gatherings.
Join us this year on this amazing tour to Mexico City to celebrate Mexico’s revolution.

Once again, in a time of crisis, Mexico stands out for its festive atmosphere, a band playing in the waiting room at the international airport in Cancun, people are singing CielitoLindo 🎶
Cielito Lindo is a traditional Mexican song that has become an unofficial national anthem for Mexicans, sung as a sign of unity. It is sung spontaneously in sports games, particularly at soccer games, during earthquakes or difficult times as well as protests and every kind of gathering where love for Mexico is expressed. ❤️
