Spring in Korea is a popular time to visit due to the beautiful cherry blossom. However, it can also be unpredictable with occasional rain in temperature changes. It’s best to pack layers and waterproof clothing. Many popular tourist attractions can be called it doing this time so plan accordingly. Koreans celebrate various festivals during this season, including the cherry blossom festival and the Lotus Lantern festival. It’s also worth noting that the air quality in Korea can be poor due to yellow dust from China, so it’s advisable to check air quality index in wear a mask if necessary.
