For those who need to rent a car during the weekend or just for hourly usage during the weekdays there is a car sharing platform from Korea that you can try. It is a very user friendly platform and the booking process can be done easily.
The most interesting part, a petrol card will be given for free (RM100 maximum usage per day) and the rental rates are even cheaper than the regular car rental companies. Mileage given for 24 hours rental is 300km. Various car models can be seen in the list ranging from BMW (Hybrid), Mini, Toyota, Honda and Perodua.
Besides Kuala Lumpur, SOCAR fleets are also available in Shah Alam, Cyberjaya and Bangi zones for a few months already. You can try to google SOCAR for more information or continue to 'download' the application to make reservation.
For all new registration, you will be given 4 hours free driving by SOCAR. Payment method: debit card and credit card.
