ns (PTY) Ltd, a leading tourism development, media and events management company in (year), identified the gap for an alcohol-free beverage that would cater to the discerning halaal and sober-lifestyle markets -- and which would surpass beverages in this category, in quality and presentation! Over 100 corked, blended and concentrate grape juice brands were tested and tasted. The result was well worth the effort: the creation of Zari Sparkling Grape - a premier 100% pure product made from the Cape Muscat Seedless grape cultivar -- luxuriant, undiluted and sugar-free. The design of the signature Zari decorative vine followed ~ in metallic gold and silver and featuring delightful indigenous creatures of the Cape Winelands. The cork, wire and foil closure bring bubbly drinking rituals to non-alcohol markets – and the convenient screw-cap is ideal for everyday functions. The name ZARI ~ derives from the gold or silver thread woven through luxurious Middle Eastern silks ~ and speaks to the superior quality of a premium product.
