Malaysia Visa Update: Visa-Free Entry for Chinese and Indian Nationals Starting December 1, 2023

Starting December 1, 2023, Malaysia has introduced visa-free entry for citizens of China and India. Chinese nationals can enjoy visa-free travel until December 31, 2026, while Indian nationals have this privilege until December 31, 2024.

Additionally, all foreign travelers entering Malaysia are now required to complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online within three days prior to arrival. This measure, effective from December 1, 2023, aims to streamline entry procedures.

These initiatives are part of Malaysia's efforts to boost tourism and strengthen international relations.
