Position: Technical Sales Assistant 👈

Education: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Audio-Visual Technology / Related technical fields

Technical Skills: LED Display Knowledge, Experience with installing, setting up, and fixing LED screens.
Electronics: Basic understanding of wiring, circuits, and power systems.
Software: Familiarity with LED control software and video processors.
Testing & Calibration: Ability to adjust color, brightness, and test displays.
Networking: Basic knowledge of how to connect LED displays to networks.

Experience:
1-2 years of experience working with LED displays or similar electronic systems. (Optional)
Certifications (optional but helpful):
Certifications in electronics or AV technology.
Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly troubleshoot and fix problems.
Detail-Oriented: Careful and accurate work.
Communication: Can explain technical issues clearly.
Teamwork: Works well with others during installation or service jobs.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift equipment and work in different environments (indoor/outdoor).
Comfortable using tools and performing hands-on tasks.

Other:
Driver's License: May be needed for travel.
Flexibility: Willing to work outside normal hours if necessary, like during events. Able to travel to meet client and site recce.

Location: Penang
We are looking for 2 positions. Please read the following for more info on job requirements. 👇👇

POSITION 1: Sales & Marketing Executive / General Manager / Key Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working with management to establish and implementation of marketing plan and meeting the sales target.
• Organize and promote company's social media and website, including participate in trade show, exhibition and business meetings to promote company product & services.
• Responsible to explore and lead new customer segment and growing company's presence to new market.
• Market survey and feedback selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, the supply and demand.
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine departmental progress toward stated goals and objectives
• Meeting with the sales team, setting individual sales target and goal. Review and update the customer database for support needed and reporting.
• Research the market and keep up to date keep relevant with all the latest products
• Support operation team and customer to ensure proper implementation of project, after sales support and technical matter.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and vendors.
• Manage key account and maintain good relationship, participate in pre/post-sale activities.

COMPETENCY:
• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering/Marketing discipline, or at least 2 years of relevant working experience in product Sales & Marketing, or in similar function
• Preferably have prior experience in ICT and hardware solution and exposure to MNC and Corporate, or with similar knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa.
• Must possess own transportation, must be able to work independently and able to travel outstation for work.
• Good inter-personal skill. Must be approachable and ability to lead a teamwork.
• Self-motivated and organized, attentive to detail and possess good problem-solving skills and time management.
• PC proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Words, and good computer skill.

POSITION 2: Finance & Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statement including profit & loss, balance sheet, tax computations and others financial report.
• To handle group cash flow including monitoring daily bank balances, cash flow forecast and planning & verification of all receipts and payments.
• To prepare monthly payroll and keep track of employees records.
• Responsible to manage and monitor company performance including assessment of project costing and profitability.
• Responsible to ensure company’s accounting records & systems are complied with company’s policies, related tax & statutory requirements.
• Responsible to review journal entries and ensure group accounts are accurate and maintain up to date General Ledger.
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Consultant, Bankers and government.

COMPETENCY:
Experience: 5 years in related field with project related business environment
Qualification: At least Diploma or equivalent. Good acknowledge of accounting standard, tax regulation and legal requirement.
