✌️House Rules✌️

👉Check in: 3pm to 10pm
👈Check out: 12pm

❌️No Smoking inside the house, guest are allowed to smoke at the balcony/outside the house
❌️No drug or any illegal activities
❌️Lost security card (1 card RM80, 2 Cards RM160)
❌️Pets are not allowed
✅️Welcome for short term student
✅️Light cooking is allowed

1️⃣Appreciate if the guests can take out the shoes prior to enter the house.
2️⃣Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
3️⃣Items belonging to our house are not permitted to be removed from the premises.
4️⃣Please close all the windows and doors when no one is in the house.
5️⃣Please turn off the entire electric and air-con switch when no one at the house.
6️⃣Please turn off all the water taps when not using.
7️⃣For better service, we did not charge the cleaning fee, we hope guests will help take care and keep the house clean.
8️⃣A Security deposit of RM200 will be collected during check-in at our house and refunded in full upon check-out once we have checked for any loss security card, damages and / or breakages during the stay.

❌️屋内是禁烟区，如需吸烟，可到天台或屋外
❌️禁止一切毒品和任何违法的行为
❌️遗失 security card (1个 card RM80, 2个 Cards RM160)
❌️禁止携带任何宠物
✅️欢迎需要短期入住的学生

1️⃣入屋前，请脱鞋子.
2️⃣请不要喧哗，尤其是晚上10点以后.
3️⃣屋内的东西禁止携带外出或搬动更换位置（尤其大型家私如床之类）.
4️⃣外出时请帮忙关上门和窗口.
5️⃣外出时请帮忙关上电和冷气.
6️⃣请勿浪费水源
7️⃣为了提供更好服务，我们没有征收任何清洁费。所以请帮忙照顾住家的清洁
8️⃣入住时，会征收 RM200保证金。我们会全额退款如果没有任何的东西遗失，保安卡，破坏物品或任何违规入住条规。
