职责

- 处理来自各种渠道顾客入住/退房（WHATSAPP、OTA应用程序和电话）
- 处理客人入住/退房和清洁工的任务
- 识别和评估客户的需求以实现满意度
-使用正确的方法/工具提供准确、有效和完整的信息
-处理客户投诉，在时限内提供适当的解决方案和替代方案；跟进以确保解决
-更新客户互动记录、处理客户账户和归档文件
-遵循沟通程序、指南和政策
要求
- 至少1年工作经验，可以包括兼职和实习
- 语言：英语、马来语和中文流利（书面和口语）
-每周工作5.5天
