Our vision is to curate traditional taste in our noodle that can be enjoyed by everyone. Taiwan Noodles and Hing Hua Mee Sua is the traditional noodle for Hokkien People. We are the one who supplies genuine and unique noodle in town. It is our own production product so it does not consist of any preservatives and chemical substance. We have been producing these noodle more than 30 years. Besides n

oodle, we also sell some homemade cookies during Festival such as Chinese New Year, Moon Cake Festival and so on. Despite the closure of our shop which located at SS2, we have now changed the direction to retailing. 🔴兴化面线是带咸的面线，会比一般的面线粗一些。

🔴手工面线就是普通的面线，比较幼和没有咸味。
