Job scope :

1. Front desk assistant to handle guest check in and check out

2. Check and report out the hotel booking status every 3 hourly
Control the listing from time to time to ensure no under or overbooked..

3. Communication with guests well to ensure they feel comfortable during their stay at Ink Hotel

4. Inspect room after housekeeping to ensure the room is well cleaned before release to check in guest

5. Handle guest request and parking arrangement within his/her working shift.

6. Fill up sales report before pass down to next shift.

7. Minor maintenance of the hotel room if required
