e ongoing client Design, Planning & Architecture needs of the Corporation. This includes, Municipal & Client Consultation Services, CAD Drafting, Information Technology, Information Services, Plotting & Reprographics necessary for the implementation, process and production of Networked Computer Systems in the publication of intellectual property in various formats for documentation and Architectural work. Andesur Development Corporation has been working, over the years, in various municipalities throughout the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley Region. Cruz has a title in the Corporation as an International Design & Planning Consultant. He is a non-registered Architect in British Columbia, and has over 38 year’s experience in the Construction Industry and in the Real Estate Market in British Columbia, Canada. Cruz has also studied at the VCC Vancouver Community College in 1974 (English & Math); The Royal Architectural Institute (Vancouver) in 1994 (Architecture); Kwantlen Polytechnic University (Vancouver) in 1997 for 4 years (Structural-Architectural-Surveying CADD - Computer Aided Drafting & Design/Math & English); and CCTI - Corporate Communications Training Institute (Vancouver) in 2000 for 1 year (Business Administration, Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing). Luis Jr. Rossano Cruz Mella, is Luis Alberto Cruz's middle son who is known as an International Design & Planning Consultant in the Corporation. (a.k.a. " Ross") has a background in Autocad Training and holds a certificate from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. has also been trained at the CCTI Corporate Communications Training Institute, at the Bental Centre 3, in Vancouver British Columbia. He currently holds five certificates from that Institution in Information Technology, Web Design, Digital Production, Marketing, Programming, and Networking Systems. He is currently enrolled at the University of British Columbia at the Sauder School of Business in the Real Estate Trading Services Program. has over 35 years of experience in the Construction Industry and Real Estate Market in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. currently lives in Surrey, British Columbia.
