Studio Climb As the power behind the scenes, Studio Climb has always stayed true to its principle of delivering beyond expectations.

It sees itself as the design solution provider to international entertainment media producers. Its areas of expertise include animated films and digital games, script interpretation, concept design and conceptual development. From 2002 to 2007, Studio Climb focused 80% of its attention to Japanese gaming industry, while the balance was on pre-production for local animation. In the following two ye

ars, the studio worked on the concept art of Assassin’s Creed 2, the popular game from renowned game developer Ubisoft. At the same time, it was in the joint production of War of The World: Goliath, which is a partnership in collaboration with Malaysia’s Tripod Entertainment and Imaginex Studios together with Korea’s Sun Min Image Pictures and Epoch ink of USA. Meanwhile, Studio Climb has been busy with the entire pre-production work for the game movie for an online game from China since 2010. It is scheduled to be released in 2012. As of present day, Studio Climb has established STAGE as Studio of Training Art & Graphics Entertainment via partnership with The One Academy of Communication Design. Founded in the hope of facilitating the growth of the Entertainment Industry in the Pre-production aspect, STAGE’s first intake shall take place in July 2011.

Studio Climb Shenzhen, TRANSPICTURES has recently participated in a vibrant symposium, engaging with representatives from the Chengdu Science Fiction Association (成都市科幻协会), OPENCITY Metaverse Co-Creation Community (OPENCITY元宇宙共创社区), Chengdu Cultural Property Exchange (成都文化产权交易所), Sichuan Blockchain Industry Association’s Metaverse Committee (四川省区块链行业协会数字城市元宇宙专委会), Metaverse & AI Forum (元宇宙与人工智能三十人论坛), Metaverse Investment Union (元宇宙投融邦), and Hong Kong Joint Publishing (香港联合电子出版有限公司). Discussions focused on digital innovation, creative industries, and emerging technologies, identifying new opportunities for integrating technology with future urban development.

🥳🤩 The animated blockbuster 《JING LING MASTER 》, produced by Yitian Culture, Wanda Pictures, and Shenzhen TransPictures, and co-produced by Bama Hua'ao and Jingangbei Culture, has been honored with the "Best Animated Character" Award at the China Animation & Comic Competition (CACC) Golden Dragon Awards.

🏆 The GOLDEN DRAGON AWARDS, are part of the China International Comics Festival (CICF). Since its launch in 2004, the awards have been co-hosted by the National Radio and Television Administration and the People's Government of Guangdong Province, becoming a vital platform for the development of the Chinese animation industry.

😨🧐 What do you do if your animation pitch falls flat?

🤩 If our animation pitch falls flat ( In fact many times 😂). We will view it as an opportunity to learn and improve.

First, we actively seek detailed feedback from the audience to pinpoint what didn't resonate, whether it’s the storyline, characters, or delivery. Understanding these specific areas allows us to refine our approach.

We then revisit and adjust the pitch based on this feedback. This might involve reworking the script, enhancing visuals, or better articulating the project's unique value. Additionally, we study successful pitches and may refine my presentation skills to strengthen future presentations.

🏆The goal is always to learn from the experience, make necessary adjustments, and prepare for a more effective re-pitch or upcoming opportunities. Hope that help!

❤️ As we commemorate 22 years of storytelling at STUDIO CLIMB, we pause to reflect and share a piece very close to us 🎞️.

In our journey, we had the honor of working with Kent Melton , whose mastery in sculpting characters for timeless films such as Aladdin, The Lion King, Mulan, The Incredibles, and Coraline, has deeply inspired both us and audiences worldwide 🌍.

Kent's dedication to artistry profoundly influenced not just our projects, but also the broader animation field 🎨. His passing at 68 in Feb month, has left a gap that his enduring works continue to fill, reminding us of his exceptional talent and vision ✨.

Holding onto Kent’s pieces, we feel a lasting connection to his spirit 🤲. His relentless pursuit of his passion has imprinted an indelible legacy on the art world 🌟. Reflecting on his journey, we're reminded of the impactful role dedication and creativity play 🛠️.
