Did you know?

Borneo is the third largest island in the world, and its northern-most tip is the meeting point of two big oceans, South China Sea and Sulu Sea. The Tip of Borneo is located in Kudat district and one of the most popular attractions in Sabah. The scenery is delightful but you may not know where you stand was used to be a watch-point for pirate invasion hundreds of years ago.

There are over 688 species of resident and migratory birds and out of that 688 species, 54 species are endemic to Borneo and 33 species are endemic to Sabah? The unique diversity of the various species of birds that we have here should pique your interest in trying birdwatching for the first time!

One of the 33 species that are endemic to Sabah is the elusive Whitehead's Trogon that can be commonly seen in Kinabalu National Park.
