KUALA ROMPIN
Kuala Rompin is the first stop in Pahang if you are approaching the state from either Johor Bahru or Singapore. The gateway to the magnificent Endau-Rompin State Park as well as the sea gateway to the Tioman Islands, Kuala Rompin itself is not short of attractive destinations. It offers water lovers a choice of exciting yet soothing holiday destinations. Don't forget to take home some lovely rattan souvenirs produced by the Orang Asli or aborigines living in the surrounding lush green forest. If you're a seafood lover, the months of September and October are the best time to visit Rompin, especially for lobsters. They are usually caught fresh from Rompin River, Nenasi River, Anak Endau River and Endau River. ENDAU ROMPIN, PAHANG - TAMAN NEGERI
The Endau Rompin Park requires little introduction. Endau Rompin may be the newest nature reserve in Malaysia, yet being over one hundred million years old, it is one of the world’s oldest tropical rainforest, where the fauna and flora have involved into exotic species found nowhere else in the world. During our adventure we will travel by 4 wheel drive vehicles. Along the journey, we will pass through a Native Settlement, and stop at the scenic Mahkota Falls. This is a fun filled family nature excursion. Accommodation will be in tents with sleeping bags. Our normal package consist of one night in the forest and the second night at a beach resort in Kuala Rompin.Activities includes: Jungle Tracking, Native Village Visit, Canoeing and Fishing
TIOMAN ISLAND
Pulau Tioman belongs to the state of Pahang. A lot of people including Malaysians always mistaken that this island belongs to Johor due to the gateway jetty is in Mersing. Mersing is located in the state of Johor. Pulau Tioman : (Tioman Island) is the largest in the a group of 64 volcanic islands which includes Pulau Sei Buat, Pulau Sembilang, Pulau Tulai , Pulau Chebeh , Pulau Labas and Pulau Renggis is located 80km northwest off Peninsular Malaysia's east coast.According to a local folklore this ialand is the resting place of a fabled dragon princess who had turned herself into an island in the South China Sea and become truly one of the most beatiful islands in the region. Blessed with milies and miles of soft white sand, swaying palms , wild flowers growing in vivid profusion and cool waterfalls cascading down green slopes, Pulau Tioman is an adventurer's paradise for quite retreats, trekking, sunbathing and sea sports.
