1) Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
2) Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
3) Enter order details (e.g P.O, Invoice, Delivery Order, Prices) into internal databases
4) Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, D.O and invoices
5) Coordinate with site team and Contract Executive to ensure proper stock levels and place orders as needed
6) Experience working in Building Construction company will be an advantage

4) Track orders and ensure timely delivery
5) Coordinate with site team and Contract Executive to ensure proper stock levels and place orders as needed
6) Preferably have experience in building or construction field
7) To handle AR and AP
8) Data entry into Autocount Accounting System and to ensure details are accurate
9) To handle and perform intercompany transactions, confirmation and reconcillation
