Greenery 2位于斗湖市旺区（中心点）Kubota Sentral。距离Greenery Studio 1和Greenery 2才需要步行20多步路，很靠近罢了。。。这里有中，西，日，法，马来特色餐厅，理发店，购物中心，美容院，美甲店，按摩中心，酒吧，健身房，诊所，药妆店等等，应有尽有。。。Greenery Studio2座落在CKS supermarket楼上（BABY WONDERLAND楼上），非常方便，只需要下楼就可以到超市了。
Greenery Studio 2一共有7间房提供大家选择。。。

Greenery Studio berlokasi Di kawasan Bandar yang strategic iaitu berada Di Kubota Sentral yang terdapat pelbagai jenis makanan (cina, barat, jepun, melayu dan juga Perancis), selain itu, terdapat kemudahan lain seperti supermarket, salun kecantikan, Pusat urutan, bar, klinik Kesihatan, bank, farmasi Dan lain lain. Greenery Studio juga berlokasi sebelah CKS Supermarket (atas pezzo tingkat 2).

Greenery Studio menpunyai 3 bilik tidur, 2 bilik mandi, ruang tertamu, kitchen Dan meja makan semua dilengkapi penghawa dingin. TV skrin rata, sofa, peralatan dapur, electric stove, Peti sejuk disediakan seperti dalam rumah anda. Semua tilam dalam homestay adalah yang berjenama demi keselesaan pelanggan kami. Penginapan 6 hingga 8 member pelangan sangat bersesuaian dalam homestay ini. Harga juga sangat berpatutan Dan boleh menyewa bilik berdasar bilang an pelanggan.

Greenery Studio are fitted with a flat-screen TV, sofa, air conditional, kitchen utensils,electric stove , electric kettle, refrigerator & etc. Shared or private bathrooms have heated shower facilities & free toiletries.Free Wifi is available. Greenery Studio provided 3 rooms. Master room comes with a king size bed & a private bathroom, another 2 rooms with queen size bed & single bed( no private bathroom).
Greenery Studio can fitted 6- 8 peoples, suitable to big / small family.

Greenery Studio提供平板电视，沙发，空调，淋浴设施，厨房用具，餐桌，电子炉，电子水壶等等。。。这家homestay一共有3间房，主卧是双人床（king bed），提供私人浴室，其余2间房分别是Queen bed ；另一间是 Single bed（推拉式床架），可睡2人。
Greenery Studio可1入住6-8人，非常适合大/小家庭居住。
