Palm Oil Machine Commissioning

During commissioning process, precision and professionalism are the key to success.

YKL Engineering Sdn Bhd follows strict steps and procedures to ensure every project meets the highest standards and satisfies customer requirements.

Our team consists of experienced engineers and technicians with deep professional knowledge and practical experience in palm oil machine commissioning, ensuring every project runs smoothly.

Our commissioning process follows a systematic and standardized set of steps, including:

Pre-commissioning : We brief customer on testing method for the particular machines , and develop a detailed commissioning plan.

Free Load Test : Functional test on each machine’s specification without load.

Final Acceptance Test: Conduct final acceptance test with load for each guaranteed parameter.

Reporting : A detailed commissioning report will be produced to hand-over the machine to end user. The report will highlight preventive maintenance to ensure optimum performance.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority , our clients will receive professional technical assistance and services during and after the commissioning process.

KUALA LUMPUR KEPONG BHD (KLK) VISIT SRORS AT BANDUNG MILL , BATU PAHAT

We were honored to welcome the KLK Group representatives to visit our manufacturing facility and SRORS system.

SOLIDS REMOVAL AND OIL RECOVERY SYSTEM (SRORS)

SRORS is a solids removal and oil recovery system that is installed within mill compound. It is purely a mechanical system using combination of filtration technology (membrane reactor) and separation technology (3 phase decanter) to separate wastewater components into oil, solids and water with dissolved solids.

The whole concept of SRORS is to break down the wastewater into their individual components in order to manage them better. Consequently, we can overcome the problem that the wastewater as a whole creates in the effluent ponds. This is an efficient oil recovery system which will generate additional revenue for mill. Suspended solids is removed as decanter cake, which is a material that is much easier to handle. Filtrate, water with dissolved solids only, discharge to further treatment will be much easier to manage as the COD/BOD is only about 50% of Influent Waste and they are basically soluble COD/BOD.

KH12c - Hard Bunch Separator & Crusher The Hard Bunch Separator & Crusher assists to segregate HB and USB. It will crush and loosen the USB just like any ordinary bunch crusher. For those poorly sterilized HB, the helical strip design on the rollers will help to push the HB forward, entering the splitting section at discharge end. The HB will be split in this section. After split, the HB will be recycled back into cages for re-cooking process therefore proper stripping can be achieved thereafter.
