Julie Sass, Christian Life Coach Awakening fresh perspectives. Building optimism. Re-discovering the beautiful you. Living the life you were intended to live! Bridging the gap together.

About me: I have a youthful spirit. Maintaining quality of life is very important to me, from a physical, emotional, and spiritual perspective. I have a strong belief in Jesus Christ and am a born again Christian. I have a precious little boy, whom I love with all my heart. As a single mom our bond is irreplaceable! Most people would say I have a very driven and determined personality. I find grea

t enjoyment in sports and exercise. My goal is to help people who feel stuck in the quick fixes of life that consistently are leaving them feeling empty. I desire to motivate people to be all they were created to be and experience a fulfilling life! I work predominately with women in transition, but am not limitied to that. I love coaching on personal development, career development, time/stress management and much more. I received my training through Christian Coach Institute, which is ICF approved. My previous education would include schooling at Davis Bible College for Christian Ministries and SUNY Cortland where I majored in Sociology. While God is absolutely at the center of my life, it's incorporation into my services is based on the preference of the client.

Did you know that you were born for such a time as this (Esther 4:14)? What is ahead of you is so much greater than what is behind you. So clear out some room for God to move in and through you! Don't for a second think that He can't use you in ways beyond your imagination. He can, and I believe He WILL!

When people complain, it is often because they want others to recognize a part of them that is suffering. Yet complaining can lead to more of the same. With a new perspective, you can interrupt that trend and realize there are many things in life to celebrate!🏮

When you practice gratitude, you focus on the positive. You’ll become open to seeing that life can be a celebration. You continue to notice the blessings of your life. You will attract others who also practice gratitude. There may be urges to complain, we are human after all – recognize it and let go of the things you cannot control or what you think life is supposed to be. Celebrate life for everything that it is.

Especially on Compliment Your Mirror Day, look in the mirror and celebrate the awesome person that you are!

What is integrity these days?
I have often heard it said that integrity is what you do when no one is watching.
Billy Graham once said: "Integrity is the glue that holds our way of life together. We must constantly strive to keep our integrity intact. When wealth is lost, nothing is lost. When health is lost, something is lost. When character is lost, all is lost."
Proverbs 11:3 says it this way, "The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity."
In the world of Politics integrity can be a hard thing to find, but I can only account for my own integrity. Pre-decide today to do the right thing!

No one else can do your dream. Most people dream big dreams, especially when they are young. (I'm pretty sure my son thinks he could be superman, and fly around the world if he wanted to) But as we grow the dreams are abandoned when obstacles appear or when we realize that dream fulfillment takes a lot of work. This can happen to any of us. The initial excitement calms down and we admit to ourselves that failure is a possibility, so we slide back to less challenging pursuits and more routine activites. Let me challenge you today to re-ignite the passion inside you. Your passion is ready and willing to provide all the stamina and inspiration you need to make those dreams reality.

As I am reading through pastor Steven Furticks new book 'Unqualified', this line stuck out to me - "Why would I want to limit my influence and success merely to what I qualify for?"
In my power, the truth is I am very limited and I am so thankful God is not limited by my limitations! The truth is "God called me. God equipped me. God empowers me. God opens doors for me. So my qualifications, or lack thereof, are relatively irrelevant." To God be the glory!

The funny thing about changing your life is it really is pretty simple. You change your life. We tend to complicate a lot of things- don't we?

Lord, when my heart is afraid to trust You, help me remember that trust comes from spending time with You, learning to depend on You and letting You come through for me by letting go of the things I can't control or predict.

"Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you." Psalm 9:10

I can't even explain how much I love this 'I will fight' by Steven Furtick. I encourage you to listen to it if you haven't already. I listen to it when I am working out, but really can use it anytime throughout our days. We always need to be empowered to fight the good fight! It is not always easy in this world. Let's keep our minds in the right place and allow God to empower us! Keep fighting!

How can God empower us to do something we're trying to escape from? Maybe instead of starting something new, God wants us to stay where we are and fight.

Need some motivation as you tackle your New Year’s resolutions? Check out this track we put together awhile back called “I Will Fight.” http://sfm.cta.gs/00p
