Caprivi strip 🇳🇦

The Caprivi Strip, also known as the Zambezi Region, is a narrow stretch of land in northeastern Namibia. It extends approximately 450 km (280 miles) eastward, wedged between Angola, Zambia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. Here are some key facts about the Caprivi Strip:

I want to compare all the baobab photos I have taken over the years at Epupa Falls and see how they have changed over the years.

This was a particularly green year and the area showed off its magical greens. 2018

Namibia’s highest mountain the Brandberg Mountain Range is situated in the Erongo region in the western part of Namibia, ninety kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean, and covers an area of 760 square kilometres. 🇳🇦⛰️

The Range gets its name from an almost black appearance and the bright colours that the setting sun paints onto the mountains as if the whole area was on fire.

On July 17, 2024, Copernicus Sentinel-2 acquired a clear image of the mountain.

Botswana. Four safaris in Botswana: 16 day safari in Okavango Delta and Caprivi (Namibia) and then 2 eight day Safaris tour in Mabuasehube & Central Kalahari Tour in Botswana. (Self-Catering only). 14 day Eastern Botswana Safaris including Tuli Block, Makgadikgadi Pans, Nxai Pans etc.
