Wouldn’t you want to wake up to this view?
Puerto Princesa, located on the island of Palawan in the Philippines, is often used as the gateway to El Nido and Coron.
Most people simply use the Puerto Princesa airport as a jumping-off point for their excursions to the more popular islands up north, but in doing so they are missing out on a wonderful part of the Philippines!
Puerto Princesa offers its visitors:
- A fantastic food scene
- Access to Honda Bay
- Tours going to the Underground River, which was named as one of the 7 Wonders Of Nature in 2011!
These clips were taken at The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park!
Have you been to the Philippines before?

Can you kiss a Giraffe??
Our Friday travel inspiration today is the from the beautiful city of Nairobi in Kenya.
The Giraffe Manor is one of Nairobi’s Most Iconic buildings. It is an exclusive boutique hotel owned by the Safari Collection.
It is 12 acres of land with elegant interiors, green gardens, sunny terraces and delightful courtyards.
The most fascinating thing about this place is it’s resident herd of Rothschild’s giraffes who visit in the morning and evening poking their necks into windows in the hope of a treat.
Definitely one of the most beautiful sights in the world.
Is this a place you’d love to go?
