Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues with computer systems and software.
• Provide support for other teams as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or Computer Operator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
