No matter how good an agency is on visa application documentation matter, kindly know that they can't be perfect than the embassy's policies and decisions of immigration of the country you are traveling to.
Stop threatening agency for refunds,
agencies did not use his own money for the documentation neither do they get back that which was spent in the course of the application documentation back.
