Indeed everyone wants a work permit but not everyone knows about work permit and types of work permit.

As you are seeking for work permit it's important to know the type of work permit you want so that you won't be disappointed at the end of the day.

There are two main type of work permit namely

1. Work permit

2. Open work permit

What is work permit? Work permit is an official document that allows the holder/foreigner to work in another country.

What is open work permit? Open work permit is an official document that allows the holder to work in any position of the company within a specified time and years.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WORK PERMIT AND OPEN WORK PERMIT?

1. Work permit is issued to the applicant to go search for Jobs while open work permit comes with a job offer.

2. Open work permit is always on contract basis, while work permit is not.

3. Open work permit is limited, this is, the holder cannot engage in any other job until his contract finishes or terminated, while with work permit the holder can work anywhere and never under contract.

4. Work permit can be renewed or extended by the holder, but open work permit renewal is determined by the employer.
