Neos airline begins Lagos-Italy direct flights October 30

Italian flag carrier, Neos Airline, has announced its plan to commence direct flight operations from Italy to Lagos, Nigeria.
The airline through its handlers Sky Master, made this announcement on Friday at the launch of the airline’s direct flight to Nigeria in Ikeja, Lagos, with stakeholders in the industry, regulators and prospective clients.
Sky Master, an aviation service provider, noted that Neos airline will commence its scheduled operation directly to Nigeria on October 30, flying once weekly for the first month, while its frequency will increase to three times by the second month of its operations.

Reasons and How To Avoid It👇🏻

Before you say "God forbid," read through this post and learn from the mistakes of others.

Reasons:
1. Irregular signatures
2. Falsified/forged documents
3. Suspicious account statement or insufficient proof of funds
4. Criminal records
5. Hiding any previous visa refusals
6.Unclear reason for travelling
7.Sounding like you are running away from your home country, and you have no intention of returning (during your interview).

It's normal to feel frustrated and angry when your visa gets denied, but it's not the end of the world. You can apply again, this time, more carefully. You can also make an appeal. If the issue is resolved, your visa status may change from Refused to Issued.

How To Avoid It:
1. Start your visa application early. Rushing might lead to mistakes
2. Provide accurate and complete information
3. Double check for errors, including spelling mistakes
4. Don't leave everything to your travel agent. Anything you don't understand, ask questions. Increase your chances by playing your part.
5. Don't leave everything to chance. Pray about it. I believe God has the final say in everything, and He can give you favour when you pray about it.
6. Write a detailed cover letter

KENYA TO SCRAP VISAS FOR ALL AFRICAN NATIONALS

There is a strong possibility that Visas to visit Kenya would be scrapped for other African nationals from next year as part of a movement towards opening up trade and travel within the continent.

“By the end of this year, no African will be required to have a visa to come to Kenya,” Kenya’s president, William Ruto, said at a climate change conference in Congo-Brazzaville.According To the Kenyan President Costly and time-consuming visa requirements, as well as high air fares, have long creaed barriers to inter-African travel for African passport holders.

According to reports, the development has been widely praised as Kenya may become the next African nation to scrap visas for African nationals after Seychelles, The Gambia, Benin and Rwanda

AIR SENEGAL, ROYAL AIR MAROC SIGN CODESHARE AGREEMENT

Air Senegal and Morocco's Royal Air Maroc on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding for code-sharing and other steps to deepen cooperation.
Air Senegal said in a statement that the carriers would seek to increase connections and provide more options for passengers. Other areas of cooperation include aircraft maintenance, chartering and handling.
According to Report monitored from Reuter, "Royal Air Maroc and Air Senegal today are giving concrete expression to the desire of the highest authorities in our respective countries to develop this air bridge, in terms of both passenger and cargo transport," Air Senegal's CEO, Alioune Badara Fall, said.

AIR PEACE BEGINS JEDDAH OPERATIONS

Air Peace has announced the commencement of direct flights from Lagos and Kano to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on October 31, 2023.

The airline disclosed this during an engagement session with travel agents last week in Kano State. The airline said, the flight route which will be between Lagos- Abuja and Kano-Jeddah will operate three days every week.
