*UK GOVERNMENT PLANNED REVIEW OF STUDENTS' DEPENDENTS VISA AND POST STUDY WORK VISA*

The information reaching us now is that effective from *April 2023* or earlier than this Date, the UK Government will *DISCONTINUE* with their Immigration Policies of allowing *Students' DEPENDENTS (Spouses and Children)* to accompany students who want to study in UK.

Additionally, UK Government is also planning to *DISCONTINUE* with *Students' Post Study Work Visa in April 2023*.

As these changes of UK Government's Immigration Policies may be *ANNOUNCED* any moment from now, we encourage you to advise your prospective students who desire to apply for their Admission Applications with UK Universities for *May and September 2023 Intakes* to have rethink and apply for *January 2023 Intake*,

CARE WORKER

Eligibility:

* Must be under 50yrs of age

* Must be able to communicate fluently as you will need to do the interview

*Must not have any criminal record

* Must either have a bachelor’s degree or IELTS ( Only one of the two needed )

If you do not have a degree, You can still qualify but you will be required to take an IELTS test. No IELTS required for those with a degree

Terms:

Hours: 50 Hours Per Week
Pay: £10.10 an hour
Duration: 3 Years Initially + Can be extended for a further 2 years after 3 years and be eligible for ILR

Time:

10-13 Weeks for those within the UK & 13-15 Weeks for those outside the UK

Process:

Everything can be done online. Fill the application and health declaration forms which have been attached in this email and send back via email with a copy of passport and brp.

Once the documents have been submitted, you will be required to an online interview with the sponsor. You must pass the interview. As long as you can speak decent amount of english, Interview is not a problem. You will get practice links and resources for sample question to practice. The interview is approximately held in week 6 from the date you have begun processing so you will have more than enough time to prepare for the interview. In case of a failed interview, You will be required to do the interview again

It takes upto 3 working weeks to get the interview outcome. Once the interview is cleared and you have passed the background check, You will receive an employment contract to sign with the terms and conditions. Once signed, You will receive the certificate of sponsorship ( COS ) within 2 working weeks

Once the COS is issued, You can apply for your skilled worker visa. You must apply for a visa within 90 days from receiving your COS as the it is valid for 90 days only. Once the visa application is made, You would get your visa in about 4 working weeks

Fees:

For those within the UK

£399 Initial Consulting fees to begin processing
( This is due once the forms and documents have been submitted )

+ £479 Visa fees for 3 Years & No IHS for care workers ( This is due after 10 weeks when your COS is issued )

+ Once the visa is approved and you start working, £5000 to be deducted from your salary
( £1000 each month for the first 5 Months )

For those outside the UK

£499 Initial Consulting fees to begin processing
( This is due once the forms and documents have been submitted )

+ £479 Visa fees for 3 Years & No IHS for care workers ( This is due after 14 weeks when your COS is issued )

+ Once the visa is approved and you start working, £7000 to be deducted from your salary
( £1000 each month for the first 7 Months )
