If there's an award for never giving up, This client definitely won it.

British Columbia; a region in Canada has set a ban on new colleges/new post-graduate institutions from accepting international students in order to abolish exploitive practices recorded in the system.

It has been said that a number of new post-graduate institutions have been reporting "poor-quality education", "lack of staff" and instances where the institutions advise incoming international students not to report such cases.

In light of these events, the B.C minister of post-secondary education has banned new institutions from enrolling international students and added new guidelines to existing institutions.

As British Columbia has the second highest number of international students, it is paramount for them to clean up these exploitive practices to retain order and transparency in the educational system.

The financial requirements for study permit applicants migrating to Canada have been modified.

Canadian Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, set a new immigration law of increasing the proof of fund from $10,000 CAD to $20,000 effective January, 2024.

Reasons being that the implementation of these laws will "prevent student vulnerability and exploitation."

As more immigrants flock into The UK, new rules have been added in addition to the restrictions on dependant visas in order to cut down the net migration by roughly 300,000.

The amount of money needed to prove financial solvency has been increased by almost 50% in addition to this, the minimum wage of British citizens and those in the UK who would like to bring their family members to stay with them; all in order to ensure their ability to in return contribute for the economy and not become a liability.
