VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR FRANCE
· Two recent colour passport-size photographs (white background), size 3,5 x 4,5 cm.
· International Passport valid for 9 months from date of submission. Passport should have at least two consecutive blank pages.
· Colour photocopy of the passport bio data pages containing holder’s information.
· Colour photocopies of any previous and current UK, USA, SCHENGEN, CANADA and IRELAND visas (if applicable).
· Non-Nigerian nationals living in Nigeria have to submit a copy of the Nigerian residence permit.
· Employment letter stating the days of leave for employee; for scholar (professors, scholarship-holders, lecturers, instructors, students etc.);
· Property document is required if applicable;
· 6 Months Personal bank statement with a minimum balance of N2,000,000 per person (COMPULSORY) You can use a business account and you should include a letter from the bank stating the signatory to the account;
· Fixed deposit or share certificate (If applicable)
· ID card and complimentary card where applicable
· Proof of regular income generated by real estate properties owned (if applicable)
· Letter of employment stating duration of employment and financial terms
· Pay-slips covering the last six months
· In case the applicant is the owner of the company or an individual trade; Business registration document is required
· Letter of introduction from your company;
· C07 or equivalent (listing of the company’s Directors), etc.
· Marriage certificate (if applicable)
· Children’s birth certificate
APPLICANTS SHOULD NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
· Additional documents may be required in certain cases.
· All documents are required in original and 2 photocopies.
· Submitting any fake/counterfeit documents will result in visa denial or bank.
Vaccination Certificate is required for this trip and you must be fully vaccinated.

HOW TO BOOK:
We need a scanned copy of your passport bio-data page and a deposit of N300,000 per person.
Payment should be made into the Company Corporate account:
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR BOOKINGS AND PACKAGES
1. Bookings are only secured when we have received the minimum deposit from you.
2. For packages that require visas, we will assist with the visa process by providing relevant documents like hotel and flight reservation, tour itinerary and a cover letter etc. You will be required to provide your own documents based on the visa requirements. In the event that the visa is denied based on the decision of the Consular, we will refund the amount paid for the package less our visa fee and processing service charge as visas are issued based on the discretion of the embassy. We will however try our best to make sure that we provide the best service for you to obtain your visa;
3. In the event that visa is delayed at the embassy and we notice that it might not meet up with the travel date, we will change travel date
4. Payment should only be paid into our corporate account provided via email;
5. Please note that this is the hotel we plan to use for this trip in the event that this hotel is not available as at that time we will book another hotel of the same standard.
6. In the event the airline changes the itinerary and it is not convenient we will change the travel date.
7. For people paying to share. In the event that we are unable to get a partner for you, you will pay to stay alone or bring a friend who will share with you.
8. It is strongly advised that all customers take out adequate Travel insurance cover for illness, accident or injury, personal accident and personal liability, loss of or damage to baggage and sports equipment. We will not be liable if the customer fails to take adequate insurance cover. Your travel insurance can be purchased through us.
9. It is your responsibility to cross check all details of your travel documents which is especially your name, date and itinerary. We will not purchase any travel product for you unless you have confirmed in writing via email or sms that the details on the bookings are correct. Once we have issued your tickets and sent all travel documents to you, it will be difficult to change anything on the voucher.
10. You can make changes to your booking based on the booking policy. You will have to pay all charges, whatever kind, imposed by the suppliers. Changes to Group packages are very strict as any change by any member of the group will affect the other group travellers. In some cases, we may not be able to entertain your changes based on the booking policy;
11. If you wish to cancel your booking after all arrangements have been made and paid for, we will advise the amount to be refunded on a case-by-case basis. In the event that the cancellation is because of a force majeure, illness or death, documentary evidence should be provided by the customer in order for us to make a special cancellation request from our suppliers. Our suppliers have the right to decline and charge their fees if they are not satisfied with the documents provided.
12. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all passports are current and valid for travel which is a minimum of 6 – 9 months for most countries.
13. Paying us the initial deposit for this package means that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions which will be binding to both parties.
