Etihad has wowed the airline world with the unveiling of the Residence, the world's only three cabin commercial aircraft cabin. The Residence will feature a living room, double bedroom, separate ensuite shower room, and for the first time in the airline industry, a dedicated, trained Butler.

Measuring an unparalleled 125 square feet in total area, The Residence will be located on the forward upper deck of the airline’s new fleet of Airbus A380s and will be available for single or double occupancy.

I couldnt sleep that friday night. Ideas kept me awake.

I started working on my business plan for my agency that night. I started a restructuring programme for my business. We are starting from the beginning, from scratch even though we have had IATA licence for about nine years and I have been a member of the SME toolkit since January. I have found out that nothing beats been trained to use it.



The progress we have embacked on now has been the missing link that I have been looking for since. We are developing a stucture that I know will work and last.



I am still asking that your team should develop training for our staffs, they need it too.



By the way you will still see me in your October training, there is still so much to learn and relearn and i will be coming with another person.
