to when we had 80 Stanford University students in Lagos for an amazing December experience for 5 days.

One of the most interesting things about this was how we smoothly coordinated the arrival and the airport transfers. It was seamless but in all honesty it was a product of a lot of work ( we literally practiced this process in our office countlessly 😀.)

Some of the steps we used for handling such a large group was:

🟢 We ensured we had everybody’s flight details both arrival and departure.

🟢 We then put them in groups of within 30 minutes arrival of each other. ( This was a very important step, so we could know the type of vehicle each group needed, was it a coaster bus or a smaller van and so forth.) This step also helped so that we don’t keep people waiting at the airport.

🟢 Inside the airport we had airport protocol who dressed with our Naija Nomads T shirts so they could easily identify us and moved to their airport transfers.

🟢 We then had a member of team in each vehicle who went with them to their accommodation.

🟢 Of course, we had security.

Organizing large groups who want to visit Nigeria or other destinations is truly our forte and something we take great pride in.

On our trip to Senegal this September we are surely going to visit the Oukam Mosque ( Mosque of Divinity) in Dakar.

Visitors consider the mosque a must-see in the Senegalese capital of Dakar, not only for its sheer size but for the lit Instagram pictures you are going to get!!

The mosque is built on a beach in the ancient fishing village of Ouakam outside Dakar, completed in 1997.
