Job Title: Sales Officers

Responsibilities:
- Meet the assigned targets
- Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates and their families to make an informed choice & decision.
- Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate's profile.
- Give clear and accurate information based on current immigration, visa laws & policies.
- Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
- Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.
- Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
- Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.

Job Requirements:
Candidates should possess at least a 2 years cognate experience in marketing.
Having knowledge of the travel industry would be an added advantage.

• Carry out all follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel, i.e. reconfirmation of airline tickets, tour confirmation, booking / reservation etc..

• Maximize sales and revenues by booking and ticketing return journeys, selling holiday packages and other travel related products and services.

• Knowledge in Airline Fare rules, BSP reconciliations, Ticket Cancellations & refunds.
