The United Arab Emirates (UAE) government has suspended Direct Employment Visa for Nigerians, as a result of the increasing rate of crimes involving Nigerians in the Middle-East country.

The UAE police are searching for more Nigerian nationals and conducting raids and arrests to get them jailed. Sources noted that this is the norm in Abu Dhabi particularly.

“We all are shouting that our country is bad, and that our government is not rising to our needs, which is true, but our reputation abroad is also fast declining due to our character.

Two weeks ago, some Nigerians killed one another for selfish reasons at Sharjah, and another one just happened here in Abu Dhabi, when some guys went to an Arab man’s house, killed him, his wife and took away a huge amount of money from them.

The UAE government is now tracking every Nigerian in Abu Dhabi and they have also banned every Direct Employment Visa from Nigeria until further notice,” the source said.

“For like one week, this city (Abu Dhabi) has been hot. They (the police) are just arresting anyone on sight now. There was a cult incident where Nigerian cult members hacked one another in an area in Abu Dhabi here. It is not easy.

As of yesterday (Monday), they have put restrictions on visas for Nigerians. For now, no work permit for Nigerians in UAE generally. The crisis started from Sharjah and last week in Abu Dhabi,” another Nigerian told SaharaReporters.

Travel to Dubai through Ghana.
Let me break it down for those who intend goin through the Ghana route as I did.
So no need coming to my inbox

1)Do a Covid19 test in Nigeria(40k)
2)Take a flight from Nigeria to Ghana and make sure ur passport is stamped at airport by Nigeris immigration (Flight ticket 100k)
3)You arrive Ghana and do a Covid19 test(50 dollars)
4)Ghana Immigration will stamp your passport.
5)Get a place and stay for 14days(I can connect you to a friend you can stay with)
6)Do another Covid19 test on ur 13th day in Ghana(50 dollars)
7)You can then fly to Dubai on the 15th day(flight ticket between 150-180k(One trip, and 250-280k(round trip)You can travel with any flight.Make sure Ghana Immigration stamp you out.

Tourist and Resident Visa holders can use this route.

Note:The procedure above is the legal way of traveling and you wont need to pay bribe to anybody.

European Union countries agreed on Wednesday to ease COVID-19 travel restrictions on non-EU visitors ahead of the summer tourist season, two EU sources said.
