*Is Canada Express Entry a scam? I am hearing multiple horror stories of how high skilled immigrants are reduced to doing blue-collar jobs in Canada.*
Let me refine the answers for simplicity:
Fact #1- Was getting a PR before expresss entry considered an act of luck and fortune? Yes, and that was a scam!
I know many many many people who have waited years to get PR of Canada, small background is in 2013 due to the redundant PR process the GOC refunded money to everyone and cancelled the PR process. I and many of recent young citizens and PR who sit in Canada and write their experiences forget one thing, i.e they are now a PR due to a refined process called EE, which gives a common man a shot at being in a developed country just by entering in a pool with a score.
That is not a scam, it’s a reality.
Fact #2- It takes years of study, research and data to come to a conclusion that a countries Permanent residency system is defunct and redundant and change is needed. So Canada took a bold step to do this. Thousands of people have actually benefited from this system and have physically come to Canada, much faster, easier and in an economically viable condition than a generation before us. That is not a scam but a proof of how Canada stands by its value of honesty and equality across all sectors of government. Be it Immigration or healthcare if there is a problem they will sit down and fix it and come up with a better solutions.
That is not a scam,it’s a reality.
Fact #3 - Every country has the right to determine what is the right credential for what Job. Every country has the right to protect its way of working and living. This is not about Canada, India or China, this is about integrity of a country, and the host country has a responsibility to see that it can maintain it by helping new arrivals assimilate in the society and empower them into the workforce.
That is not a scam,It’s a reality.
Fact #4 - Yes, Canada’s population is growing old, but it doesn’t need immigrants to support them. The old have worked hard and long enough that they can support themselves. This is a false notion, immigrants being one and only one thing with them, aspirations and diveristy. Every sector has jobs, every sector has certain conditions to enter. You are a free human being to do what you want here. You are not asked to perform or take care of anyone or anything, but yourself and your dreams. Not a few people but many people make it big in Canada. They make it big because Canada and Canadians want everyone to prosper and progress.
This is not a scam, it’s a reality.
Fact #5 - India and China are powerhouses and so is Canada and USA. Times are gone when we can compare countries by the status of their development. Economies are expanding at a rapid pace and things are now equally diversified in all countries. We all need to re-evaluate our need to migrate. Sometimes there are better research and market conditions that can help you overall achieve something better and you need to be a better judge of it not the country you were born or want to migrate to.
This is not a scam, it’s a reality
Fact #6- Canadians are very tolerant and Most Canadians stand by new immigrants. I am one of them. Canadians are the most nicest and gentlest human beings you will find in the North American continent so to say. They are humble, modern, progressive, diverse and go beyond any means to help fellow immigrants and Canadians. The society recognizes that being a new immigrant is not easy and that is why there are several agencies and institutions that help new comers. There is so many resources available on hand that can help new comers in many many ways.
That is not a scam, it’s a reality.
Fact #7 - Blue/White, Skilled/Unskilled is all perceptions. You come to a new country, maybe for sometime you are blue collared, you upgrade your skills and become white collared - 100 and 1000s of examples.
You were unskilled in a new country and now are skilled after a few courses and upgrades - 100 and 1000s of examples
That is not a scam, it’s a reality.
Everyone out there looking to come to Canada, be assured this is a good place and very welcoming. That is a reality! Not a scam!
