Marriage certificate if you are married.
For the second stage which is visa process stage :

Birth certificate
Police reports
Visa process fees / documents validation:
Visa fees
Statement of purpose. (We will guide u on how to write it)
Medical reports ( which will be on request from embassy.)
Bank statement. (If you don't have the one with substantial amount can be provided through us by some of our associate)
Employment history if available.
