I called a married lady who owed me money but didn't answer my calls.
I called 10 times more, but still no answer. Knowing that her husband was not at home, I decided to send her this message:
"Hello Sisy, I'm not calling for the money. I just wanted to tell you that 2 girls were fighting over your husband in town today. It was a big fight and he was just there watching until one of the girls managed to escape into his car and they drove off".
After some minutes, she called me but I ignored her. She kept calling and I found 21 missed calls from her and a message which read:
"Where was the fight?
Where did they go?
Did you Notice those girls? Please tell me, I am falling apart."
I just read it and didn't respond. She called again, 5 times and I didn't answer, then another message from her:
"I have your money, please can we meet, so you tell me more?"
Then I replied, "Okay, you can send it through Mobile Money so that when I pass by the filling station to refuel, I will pick you up and drive you to one of the Girl's houses because I know them."
After 2 mins, I checked my account balance, and my money was fully paid.
I then switched off my phone and slept like a baby..... With this economy, you need to be sharp.

This week is World Mask Week 2020!

Studies have shown that the correct use of face masks is critical in reducing the risk of COVID-19 infection. Therefore, the World Mask Week movement encourages people and businesses around the world to rally behind the importance of wearing a mask properly, every day, until a vaccine that prevents infection is readily accessible to all.

Remember, staying safe is about keeping physical distance, wearing a mask, cleaning hands regularly and coughing safely away from others. Do these to keep each other safe!

While we continue to adjust to the reality of staying safe with COVID-19 pandemic through consistent adherence to the preventive measures, it is pertinent to keep your immunity strong through a healthy lifestyle.

Healthy lifestyle tips you should practice include:
1. Adequate sleep (6-8 hours daily).
2. Work-life balance: striking a balance between work and other essential aspects of your life (social, family, spiritual, self-development etc), to minimize and manage stress.
3. Daily healthy eating; adequate and balanced diet with sufficient vegetables and fruits (8-12 servings of varieties of fruits and vegetables per day).
4. Intake of sufficient amount of water (at least 3 litres daily for an adult).
5. Regular exercise.

Furthermore on exercise:
1. The exercise should be regular and adequate; 4 to 5 times weekly with each session lasting at least 30 to 45 minutes. Avoid being on the same working spot for hours; intermittently walk out of your work station.
2. Engage in the type(s) of exercise that you can tolerate well; regular brisk walking, sports, the use of gym. facilities and walkathon.

Increasing Evidence of Airborne Transmission:
• Sars-Cov-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) was confirmed to spread primarily through droplets from the beginning.
Droplets are excretions from the respiratory tracts, which cannot stay suspended for long in the air and ultimately fall to the ground within 1 to 1.5 meters from where they are released.
• However, increasing evidence has emerged over the past couple of weeks that the transmission of Sars-Cov-2 may also be airborne, implying that the virus can be suspended in the air and transmit over longer distances.
• This emerging information further underscores the importance of proper wearing of face masks in public spaces, adherence to physical distancing guidelines and the other preventive measures.
• There should however be no cause for panic, as the possibility of spread can be kept under control when adherence to all the preventive measures outlined below is ensured, even if there is any chance of contact with infected persons.
Take personal responsibility:
1. Proper wearing of face mask in public spaces
2. Maintain Physical distancing of at least 2 meters
3. Practice regular hand washing and sanitization
4. Stay at home when sick with related symptoms
5. Respiratory hygiene (Keep your cough)
