As the popular social media saying goes ‘Someone needs to take a 6 months vacation twice in a year’ 😀 Well, social media isn’t real life, so I’m going to tell you how many times you need to travel in a year.

Traveling can help you reset and renew your mind. It’s therapeutic and exposes you to new cultures and lifestyle. Some people take traveling as a hobby while some do it to escape from work for a while.

Most studies have agreed that one should travel twice at least in a year. This is the minimum and not the actual number of times you can travel. It is just advisable to travel at least twice in a year to help you renew your physical and mental health. However, traveling twice in a year can be too much for some people while it might not be enough for others. So do the one that you have the capacity for 😊

In all countries, there’s the luxurious side of everything and the local side of everything. In this case, food is not an exception.
Many people love going to high class restaurant for personal reasons, same as those that go to local restaurants or sellers to get food.

Street sellers are know to prepare most of the best delicacies in their country. People believe that because they cook food the traditional way, that makes the food better and delicious. Street foods are also extremely affordable compared to high class restaurants food. But just as everything has its advantages, it also has its disadvantages.

Here are 2 major reasons why you should avoid eating street foods when you visit a new country;

•Hygiene- Most street food sellers don’t practice good hygiene, only a few do. Food is something that goes into the body, therefore it’s advisable to eat/ prepare food in a place that’s very clean and the sellers practices personal hygiene. In a country you’re not familiar with, it is not advisable to eat street food because you’re not familiar with the sellers that are neat and the sellers that are not.
For example, it is not advisable to buy sushi on the street, because the sellers might not prepare it properly or they might sell sushi that’s stale which may contain some parasites and bacterias.

•Water- We all know not everyone has clean water. Some people don’t mind using untreated water to cook and street vendors are no exceptions. The sellers might not use clean water to prepare the food/ snacks. This is another reason people don’t buy from street sellers because some use water that’s not treated and it can be harmful to some people. This is why it’s advisable to go with a citizen of the country and someone that’s very familiar with the area you’re visiting, because they can tell you whose street seller food you should buy and whose you should avoid.

The first thing most people think of when they hear business class is ‘Too Expensive’ and then they shy away from the idea. But I’m here to tell you a not so hidden secret that will always want you to fly business class going forward.

First of all, you have to book an economy ticket, this way, you’ve already secured your flight time and date. Then you wait until the day of the flight, ask at the checkin point if there are any available seats on business class, if yes, all you have to do is add a little money to upgrade your flight from economy to business class. That’s it! Very easy.

Now you can easily fly business class whenever you want. This is a great way to experience comfort and luxury on any flight.

Well, I have some simple steps for you 😊 When relocating or visiting a country, learning their culture and their language will help you connect and associate more with the citizens of that country. There are several ways to learn new languages which are;

• Make New Friends- This is one of the best ways to learn a new language. Making friends with the indigenes of the country will make you learn faster as you are not extremely conscious or scared to communicate with them. If you’re a fast learner, you can learn their language and their culture by speaking to them frequently.

•Language Learning Applications- This is another method to use to learn a new language, though it is complex and not as simple as the first option, it also has its advantages. While you’re using a language learning application to learn a new language, you can also learn how to write that particular language because while you’re learning how to pronounce the words, you’re also subconsciously learning the vocabulary of the language.

•Copy Elementary School Kids- Kids are one of the fastest learners! They learn things easily because of the way things are broken down to their level of understanding. You can start by learning 5 words daily, then gradually upgrade to 10 words daily and then you can start making sentences. These are all baby steps to learning a new language.

When traveling, there are some important things you should never forget. We are going to tell you 3 important things you should always travel with to make sure you have a smooth and easy trip.

•Passport- This is one of the most important things to travel with because if forgotten, you won’t be allowed to travel. The best way to always make sure you have your passport is by keeping it in your wallet and also keeping it in your travel bag.

•Phone charger- You need your phone always, especially when you’re in a new country and you need to use google maps. It’s also advisable to always be with a phone adapter, by doing this, it will be easy to plug your charger to any socket you find.

•First aid kit- Carrying a first aid kit to travel can’t be talked about enough. Incase of any emergency, you know you’re secured because you have all you need in your first aid kit.

If you’re a regular traveler, the rule of not carrying 100ml bottles won’t be new to you. While as a first time traveler, it can be so annoying when the staff at the check-in point take your favorite products away from you because you aren’t allowed to travel with them.

In 2006 it was alleged that terriosts had a plan to blow up a plane with liquid explosives. When this news was revealed, a rule was issued by the aviation authorities not to allow more than 100ml liquids onboard.
The rule is aimed at stopping liquid explosives being carried on a plane.

It is important to get a travel size bottle, because you can put your favorite products in the bottles and still travel with them without them being taken away from you at the airport.

Now you can safely travel with all your favorite skin care, makeup and perfumes products intact.
