We are a young, driven team looking for a seasoned and dependable business Development Manager with experience in identifying sales leads, proposing travel products and services to new and existing individual and corporate clients. The idle candidate will be responsible for driving growth and development of our business in the air ticket industry and other visa-related products.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with Clients
* Manage the planning and ex*****on of marketing activities and strategies for the organization
* Keep abreast of market trends
* Represent the business at industry events
* Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
* Proactively increase sales by generating new business relationships
* Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
* Manage training and development plans for the Sales Team
* Provide reporting intelligence to the business on sales performance
* Work closely with the Sales Team to drive marketing initiatives
* Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
* Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
* Analyze sales reports for key trends and provide weekly sales updates on activities and opportunities
* Working strategically to meet weekly target
Requirements
* 3-5 years of proven work experience in the travel industry
* Ability to show and prove a strong network of individuals and corporate clients you've worked with presently or in the past
* Knowledge of airline ticket sales and industry trends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to hit the ground running from day one
