The Leon Empire is an integrated poverty alleviation project, in-cooperating an incubator of Business and Enterprise Development, Mentoring School, Agriculture, Arts and Culture, Tourism and Skills Acquisition, then Leadership and Entrepreneur Training, backed by a strong philosophy of discipline and the appreciation of the dignity of labour. The project initiative was established by Ugbogure Ebr
uvwiyor Leo after seeing the vacuum which needs utmost and immediate attention in Nigeria. The main objective is to provide, opportunities for the youths in the acquisition of skills that would make the youths employable and indeed become employers of labour as well as improve on tourism and culture in Nigeria generally. The project also provides avenues for retired persons and others interested in going into gainful, profitable and sustainable self-employment. Leon Empire aims to develop and share all of these talents in order to become more efficient. Leon Empire is here to overthrow the world order that seems set where Africa is always the last of the class and the poor are treated with compassion in the best of cases, but most often with disdain when one feels on the winner’s side. We want to help restore the dignity of the Black Man, restore confidence and hope, and offer Africa a new image by taking it out of the cycle of poverty and placing it in charge of its own destiny not just limiting our mind on just our BLACK GOLD but to look into the bright side of Agriculture, Art, Culture and Tourism. The future of Africa lies in its Lands, its Climate, its Art, its Culture and its agricultural work, which is so poorly appreciated in the continent today. At Leon Empire, we want to restore nobility to farm work, Creativity in Art, Culture, Hospitality and Tourism that helps young people choose not to suffer and to provide service in creating wealth for their families, their countries, and their continent, through a functional training based on knowledge, skills, and a value system. We aim to produce a critical mass of men and women with a new entrepreneurial culture and who are equipped morally, technically, and spiritually with organizational skills.
