Independent Casita built in 2018 with a private patio and yard. 2Bedroom, 1Bath, available for long term rental in Diria. Preferably six months minimum rental, but open to discuss less. $350/month with all utilities included, WIFI, hot water, one's a week house cleaning, gated property (farm) and very secure, access to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, bar, dining, 1/2 bath, BBQ area, larger fridge. Personal laundry is available at an extra cost. If you don't like to cook, no problem we do!!! For an extra cost, meal plans are available. Must like dogs, as there are several on the property, if you have a dog "great", casita has its own doggy house. No cats. Situated on a 4 1/2 acre farm with mature fruit trees and herb garden, we live on-site. Views to Mombacho and nature, as there are no neighbors at the back of the property where the casita sits, perfect for nature and bird lovers. Small groceries, stores, shops, town Pali (grocery store), and buses are within walking distance. Dr. lives 2 ½ blocks from the property, and he makes house calls in the evenings. There’s a town clinic within 5 min drive, Masaya Hospital within 20 min drive, and Granada Hospitals within 30 minutes’ drive, Pellas Hospital within 45 min drive. 15 minutes bus ride to Masaya, 25 minutes bus ride to Granada. 5-7 minutes bus ride or moto-taxi to Catarina. We go into Granada, Masaya, & Managua often where you can get a ride. We have a PriceMart Card as well (similar to Costco), where we go a minimum of one's a month if you need items from there.
