National European trophy import bans are illegal!

According to a new German legal analysis, the many populistic European attempts to ban the importation of hunting trophies violate EU law, are therefore not legal, and should be challenged by hunters.

In France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Finland, such national import bans are already in place. In many other EU countries—Poland, Germany, and Italy, to name a few—politicians are working on similar bans.

CIC recently commissioned a German law firm specializing in EU law to do the analysis. Read the details here ... and bring these governments to court!
