Yésica is finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at TU Delft and she will pursue a Masters in it as well. She is half Dutch and half Italian, and has been brought up on Mallorca until she was 18.

Roos lives in Pijnacker. She graduated from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague and has worked as a painter ever since. she loves gardening, playing the piano and chocolate!

“My favorite place is Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam. The building is a design icon for the city and it is world’s first publicly accessible art storage facility.” (photo 2)

Introducing our guides one by one.. Alphabetically. Today it's Robin!

Robin studied at TU Delft and then started Discover Delft in 2023. Now he lives in Rotterdam, and he does this full time. He is interested in history and in his free time, he likes to play tennis.

Marco is a visual artist and former engineer, born in Genova. He has lived in London for most of his life and now he lives here in The Netherlands.

Jocelyn studies Computer Science at TU Delft. She came here from Canada in 2020 and is now learning Dutch. In her free time, she likes to cook, paint and play volleyball.

Iva studies Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft that enjoys travelling and getting to know other cultures. In her free time she likes to explore Dutch cities or discover the nature areas around them.

“Kijkduin beach is my favourite, because I love being close to the sea and the water. I like this beach specifically because it’s less crowded and has very nice dune parks around it.” (photo 2)

Furat has been born and raised in Delft, where he currently studies physics at the technical university. He is an active guy that loves to travel around and meet new people.

Federico lives in Leiden, where he studied Linguistics. Be ready to hear the etymology of every place you go to with him. When he’s not guiding, he’s an actor that likes to play volleyball, pet cats, and watch way too dramatic TV series.

“My favourite place to relax on a sunny day (we get very few of them, so be ready to enjoy them!) is on the beach on the lake ‘t Wed, near Haarlem.”

Adrian was born on the Canary Islands and moved to Chile at age 11. He is currently studying Aeronautical Engineering in Delft and he enjoys playing ice hockey and various other sports. In his free time, he likes to hang out with friends, travel, and attend festivals.
