Our house is bright and cheery, with 1918 character, city and mountain views, plus recent renovations including high-end appliances and plumbing fixtures. Centrally located in Victoria 2 km from the downtown core. Big deck and peaceful yard overlooked by Garry Oaks. Our garden is very large for the city, with a lot 60 feet wide and 150 feet deep (18x46 meters).

Our home is a free standing residential home in Coastal Orewa Beach. We have direct beach access and are within walking distance of the village with its many cafes and restaurants. Our house is a two storey home but only the ground floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms are available for exchange. We have a heat pump and air-conditioning as well as Sky tv. The house offers a lovely outdoor area, perfect for summer bbqs. Take advantage of the spa pool after a dip in the ocean.
