Our house is bright and cheery, with 1918 character, city and mountain views, plus recent renovations including high-end appliances and plumbing fixtures. Centrally located in Victoria 2 km from the downtown core. Big deck and peaceful yard overlooked by Garry Oaks. Our garden is very large for the city, with a lot 60 feet wide and 150 feet deep (18x46 meters).

Our home is a free standing residential home in Coastal Orewa Beach. We have direct beach access and are within walking distance of the village with its many cafes and restaurants. Our house is a two storey home but only the ground floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms are available for exchange. We have a heat pump and air-conditioning as well as Sky tv. The house offers a lovely outdoor area, perfect for summer bbqs. Take advantage of the spa pool after a dip in the ocean.

Niet alleen voor Amsterdammers belangrijk om te tekenen!

De gemeente Amsterdam stelt huizenruil sinds kort gelijk aan vakantieverhuur. Huizenruilers hebben nu een vergunning nodig en mogen nog maar 30 dagen per jaar ruilen. Wij willen dat deze maatregel wordt teruggedraaid. Ruilen is iets totaal anders dan verhuren, er komt geen geld aan te pas!

In verband met een annulering zoeken wij mensen in Amsterdam die willen ruilen met deelnemers in Oslo. Zij wonen in een prachtig appartement:

Bright and modern apartment in quiet neighbourhood. Veranda 14 m2 with hammock, comfortable sofa and Netflix access. Excellent public transport takes you easy all over town. It is only 2-3 minutes walk from my flat to metro station with 3 lines, running 05.30 to 00.30 and 10 min walk to a bigger metro- and bus station. See timetables on www.ruter.no. The flat is in a dead end with no traffic noise, but with noise from the metro that runs outside. Walkway in the wood along a river start 5 min from apartment. Interesse in een ruilvakantie in Frankrijk van 1 tot 27 september a.s.? Lees hier in hun gastenboek: They have a lovely large house in a very quiet setting. Yet it is very near everything. Shops, walks, Loire river. Their house is in a great location to visit Paris by Train, Versailles by car. We spent hours walking along the Loire river and canals. So beautiful. Orleans is a fabulous city. So easy to walk around and enjoy. We visited lots of small towns and parks around the area as well. A great place to bring your bike to explore. We enjoyed sitting in their garden in the warm sunshine drinking some lovely french wine. Their cat , Salvo is very friendly and very easy to look after. He also enjoyed sitting in the sun with us. A big thank you to Catherine for leaving us a piece of her art work. And thank you for leaving our home so clean and tidy. We had a great holiday and would recommend this area to future visitors.

Last minuteoproep voor een ruilvakantie in Zwitserland met een gezin met kinderen. Van 22 juli tot 5 augustus:

Our house is located in a quiet residential area between two rivers.
We have a garden with trampoline and a shaded terrace, ideal to enjoy the summer. We are well equipped for young children (beds, toys, strollers, bicycles, large sandbox, playroom, etc). Near our house, there are 2 playgrounds as well as a park: ideal for children.

Nu het vanwege corona lastiger is om met vakantie naar het buitenland te gaan, kiezen veel Nederlanders voor eigen land. Maar veel campings en hotels zitten vol, of je betaalt je blauw. Sites voor huizenruil merken dan ook dat we vaker kiezen om in eigen land een vakantietje van woning te wisselen.
