The Dutch kroket is typically cylindrical in shape and filled with a meat ragout or shrimp ragout. Very crispy and crunchy on the outside, super soft and smooth inside.
Its a must-try when visiting the Netherlands!

Ever tried a grey shrimp? They can be found all along the European coasts, the grey shrimp is a small but very popular crustacean. They are less than an inch long when peeled, have a greyish-pink colour, and a more pronounced taste than the traditional larger, pink shrimps.
